COMMERCE CITY, Colo. -- Dom Dovale scored in stoppage time to help Sporting Kansas City rally for a 3-2 win over the Colorado Rapids on Saturday. Dovale was a late-game substitution for Sporting Kansas City (2-1-1). Benny Feilhaber tied the game in the 79th minute. "This team does not quit -- no matter the circumstances," Dovale said. "We went about our business after they scored on the penalty kick that put them ahead." Dovale used a couple strides to get close to the goal on the left side and then ripped a shot over the outstretched hands of Colorado goalkeeper John Berner and into the upper left corner. "It was a blazer," Sporting Kansas City coach Peter Vermes said. "Their goalie didnt have a chance." Graham Zusi scored and Sal Zizzo added two assists for the defending MLS Cup champions.
